Our team encapsulated this customers crawl space after discovering high humidity levels, excessive moisture, and musty odors.

The exposed earth was sealed with a durable vapor barrier that covers the crawl space floor and wraps around the support piers, helping prevent ground moisture from entering the space. We installed our interior subfloor drainage system, WaterGuard, along the perimeter of this basement where the floor meets the wall.  This solution will capture water at its entry point and direct it to our SuperSump pump system - protecting this space from future flooding and water damage.
