Our inspector suggested that she encapsulate her crawl space with our CleanSpace to prevent further moisture and weakening of her floor joists. He also suggested that she lift the settling foundation with SmartJacks, galvanized steel column support that lifts sagging floor joists. 

After four days of installation, the crawl space was completely encapsulated and the sinking floors were no longer a frustration for the homeowner, she was more than pleased with the outcome!
