Before & After Photos

Those pesky rodents really will eat anything, including PVC pipe. One call to Lowcountry Foundation Repair and the problem is solved with pest control and a CleanSpace system!

Wow! Where to begin? This homeowner tried to fix the moisture problem through the use of a plastic floor liner. As you can see the water problem and humidity are still an issue because the whole problem wasn't addressed. The after shot shows the addition of a CleanSpace liner, which is antimicrobial i.e. won't grow mold, as part of a system including our SuperSump or TripleSafe sump pumps and our SaniDry line of dehumidifiers. Our system solved the problem and left a happy home owner with a healthier home!

This home in St. Mary's, GA had a vented crawl space and a thin vapor barrier. We installed our CleanSpace system and built wall panels to seal the entire space.

This home was built about 15 years ago. The crawl space had not been encapsulated until the homeowner called Lowcountry Basement Systems in 2019. Moisture and humidity were causing problems. The house above always seemed humid, the HVAC system would run constantly, trying to get rid of the humid air and the subfloor insulation was falling due to the water weight it absorbed from the ground. Lowcountry Basement Systems fixed it all with a Complete CleanSpace Encapsulation System.
