Our team installed an EZ-Flow drainage system in the customer's crawl space to effectively manage and prevent water accumulation, thereby protecting the structural integrity of the home and preventing potential moisture-related issues such as mold growth and wood rot.

To reduce moisture, remove water and prevent flooding in this customers crawl space, we installed a SmartSump Crawl Space Sump Pump. 

This home was in desperate need of wood repair before reaching out to us. with our expert crews of wood working, we were able to replace the joist and main beam with easy to fortify the floors and the homeowner have newfound peace of mind!

In addition to the CleanSpace Drainage Matting, we installed a crawl space sump pump and drainage system to ensure this crawl space stays dry. The drainage system collects any water that enters and directs it to the sump pump, which then efficiently removes the water, preventing moisture buildup and protecting the crawl space from potential damage.

The elevator shafts in this building had a water intrusion issue. The water issue had to be fixed to to follow proper code regulation for elevators, so they called Lowcountry Foundation Repair for a solution. One of our inspectors came out and did a thorough inspection, then wrote up a free quote to fix the issue. Both elevator shafts needed waterproofing, and there was also a need to re-support the foundation of the shaft as well because of the water issue. The owner was very pleased with the inspection and attention to detail. They decided to move forward with the project and loved the results. They were glad they chose Lowcountry!
