Heavy rains caused water to flood a Savannah, GA homeowner’s crawl space and pool outside their home, creating a recurring problem. To address this, we installed our StarPipe drainage system, a highly effective solution designed to manage excess water. The system includes a network of perforated pipes and gravel that redirects water away from the home, preventing further flooding. By installing StarPipe, we repaired the issue, ensuring the crawl space and surrounding areas remain dry even during heavy rainfall.

A homeowner in Savannah, GA was experiencing some erosion around their foundation due the the gutter dumping right on top of it. Our crew came out and installed a downspout extension system to shuttle the water away from the home. 

Water was seeping into this crawlspace in Savannah, GA and the moisture had caused the floor to start to sag in one area from weakness in the floor. In order to help control the water seeping into the crawl space, our team installed a perimeter waterproofing system and a layer of drainage matting. To support the sagging floor, SmartJack Support was installed.

To prevent water from flowing into this customers home, we installed our surface Spee-D Channel System around the perimeter of this customers patio. 

This cottage in Saint Simons Island had water issues in the crawl space causing the hardwood floors to buckle. The Team installed Smart Vents to prevent further water damage. Smart Vents are automatically activated by water and don't require electricity. These are a great product to have if you live near the beach.
