Then, we excavated around the foundation, drilled steel piers deep into the stable soil, and secured them to the foundation. This method ensures long-lasting support while allowing the customer to proceed with their renovation plans confidently.

We installed SmartJack support posts to provide extra stability and support. These adjustable steel posts are placed in key areas to help level and strengthen the structure, ensuring everything stays solid and secure. It’s a simple yet effective solution to keep things steady.

Helical piers were installed to stabilize the customer's settled foundation because they provide a reliable and effective solution for transferring the structure's weight to stable soil layers below. This method ensures long-term support and helps prevent further settling or structural damage.
