Wood rot damage caused the floors above this Mount Pleasant home to become unstable and bouncy. Our permanent solution to lift, level, and stabilize the structure to its original position was to install SmartJack Support Posts throughout the space underneath the home. 

The team installed SmartJack support posts in the crawl space to address the damage caused by high moisture levels. The excessive moisture weakened the joists, leading to sagging floors. SmartJacks provide stability and help lift the floors back to their proper position, ensuring long-term support and preventing further structural issues.
