This Goose Island, SC homeowner was concerned about his foundation when he noticed stair-step cracks in the brick on the exterior of his home. He called Lowcountry Foundation Repair to have his foundation inspected.

We fixed his foundation problems with our SmartJacks, which are used as a column support that lifts sagging floor joists. The SmartJacks are installed underneath the home in the crawl space to lift the area that is sagging. After two days of installation, the project was completed and the homeowner was thrilled with the result!
