We installed our high-performance CleanSpace vapor barrier to block moisture from evaporating into this crawl space. The high-performance barrier is designed to prevent moisture from entering the crawl space, which can lead to mold growth, wood rot, and other damage. It also helps to keep the air in the crawl space clean and free of pollutants.

While some signs of moisture in the crawl space are obvious, some damage can be hidden, and moisture can also cause problems in the upper levels of the house. Although the Sedona is small, it can lower humidity in even the dampest environments, including basements and crawl spaces. With the Sedona, mold can be prevented and musty odors can be reduced, giving you a healthy, comfortable basement or crawl space.

CleanSpace Vapor Barrier stops water from entering through the basement walls by allowing the water to drain down the backside of the vapor barrier and into the drainage system. WaterGuard Drainage System will then carry the water away to the sump pump. 

This crawl space needed some serious love and attention because it was in rough shape. Isaiah and his crew arrived to the home and first had to remove all the debris and seal the crawl space vents. Then they used CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system to create a vapor barrier and keep moisture out of the air. They also used the CleanSpace to wrap the bottom of the piers. Then they installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, along with a condensation pump. This will control the relative humidity in the air and the condensation pump will remove water collected from the dehumidifier. Now the crawl space looks amazing and is protected from moisture and humidity!
