To further ensure a healthy basement, we included the SaniDry Sedona for optimal humidity control and employed WaterGuard for efficient drainage. In Sandy Springs, Georgia, a homeowner faced issues with their crawl space, needing both foundation stabilization and effective moisture control. Notice in the before photo the evident structural instability and the persistent moisture damage. We resolved these problems using our SmartJack System to stabilize and elevate crawl space beams, combined with the installation of CleanSpace for robust encapsulation. The raised dimples on the CleanSpace Drainage Matting will give the water flooding into the crawl space a channel underneath the crawl space liner. This directs the water flooding the crawl space to the SmartDrain System. 

Water intrusion was a problem in this crawl space. By removing the wet and moldy debris, installing an interior drainage system, preventing water from leaking through the walls with our CleanSpace vapor barrier, and installing a high-performance sump pump and dehumidifier, the most effective solution was found.
