The SmartSump sump pump system is specifically designed for crawl spaces to reduce moisture, remove water and prevent flooding.

We sealed the crawl space to prevent air leaks, insulated the walls with SilverGlo Insulation, covered the crawl space floors and walls with CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, and conditioned the air using a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to resolve this moisture issue. 

To maintain a healthy home environment, controlling moisture levels in the crawl space is essential. CleanSpace vapor barrier blocks moisture from evaporating into the crawl space, reducing heat loss and keeping it dry.

CleanSpace vapor barrier was installed throughout the crawl space to solve this moisture problem and prevent future moisture intrusions. 

In this Auburn, Georgia home, a damp, musty crawl space presented challenges for an upcoming real estate transaction. As shown in the before photo, excessive moisture was evident, causing potential structural hazards and raising energy costs. After assessing the issue, we installed the CleanSpace encapsulation system to anchor the foundation's integrity, combined with a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to ensure a dry and mold-free environment.
