This crawl space had high levels of humidity and moisture which were causing mold and damage to the wooden support beams. This was also making the floor weak and sag in some places. To alleviate these issues, Ken and Jonah had to remove all the debris and seal the crawl space vents first. Then they installed the CleanSpace drainage matting and liner to create a vapor barrier. CleanSpace is made with antimicrobial additives to prevent the growth of mold. Because of the moisture damage to the wood, they also added SmartJacks to support the foundation and prevent sagging. After going through a complete transformation, the crawl space looks amazing and will help protect this home!

This crawl space was dirty and humid and needed a makeover. To fix it up, Devon and his crew first removed all the debris from the crawl space and then sealed the vents from the inside. Once that was done they were able to install the CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system and wrap the bottom of the piers. Additionally, they installed a SaniDry Sedona to control the relative humidity and filter the air.  Now the crawl space looks amazing and is guaranteed to stay dry!
