Before waterproofing this crawl space, it was humid, damp, and had a dirt floor. This was letting hot, humid air seep into the rest of the home. In order to correct these issues, Isaiah and his crew sealed off the vents that were letting outside air and moisture into the crawl space. Once that was done they removed any debris and encapsulated the crawl space by using CleanSpace. The CleanSpace will create a vapor barrier that blocks moisture from getting into the crawl space air, but to further ensure the space stays dry they installed a Sedona Dehumidifier as well.

This home had a dirty, damp crawl space that was the perfect breeding ground for mold. During his inspection, Russell pointed out the mold to the homeowner and also explained why the mold was growing in the space. He suggested a crawl space encapsulation, along with a dehumidifier, and an EverLast Door. Our crew encapsulated the space by using CleanSpace to create a vapor barrier, they also sealed off any vents, and installed the EverLast Door to create an accessible entrance with an airtight seal. Additionally, they installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to lower the relative humidity and filter the air. Now the crawl space looks great, and mold moisture are no longer a problem!
