We installed WaterGuard to capture foundation wall seepage, and the IceGuard discharge line protection ensured year-round functionality despite threats like freezing. The SuperSump system provided high-efficiency water removal, while CleanSpace encapsulated the area, transforming it into a dry, usable space. This home had a dirty, damp crawl space that was the perfect breeding ground for mold. During his inspection, Russell pointed out the mold to the homeowner and also explained why the mold was growing in the space. He suggested a crawl space encapsulation, along with a dehumidifier, and an EverLast Door. Our crew encapsulated the space by using CleanSpace to create a vapor barrier, they also sealed off any vents, and installed the EverLast Door to create an accessible entrance with an airtight seal. Additionally, they installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to lower the relative humidity and filter the air. Now the crawl space looks great, and mold moisture are no longer a problem!
