This homeowner reached out to us because they had seen the work we had previously done. After getting a free inspection by David, one of our System Design Specialists, the homeowner wanted to get his crawl space waterproofed and encapsulated. To do this, Devon and his crew put in EZ-Flow drainage and then wrapped the floors and walls with CleanSpace. They also had sealed all the crawl space vents, and then added a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. Now this crawl space is protected from moisture and mold!

This home had just been bought when the owner discovered that mold was growing in their crawl space. After a free inspection with Trey, he created a plan to remove all the mold and then build a system that would prevent mold from being able to grow in the future. To remove the mold, Justin went in and did the soda blasting and then Devon and his crew was able to waterproof the crawl space to prevent future mold growth. For the waterproofing, they installed CleanSpace to create a vapor barrier and they also sealed off the crawl space vents. A SuperSump was installed to pump any water out and then a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to control the relative humidity and filter out the air. Now this home is protected from moisture and mold, keeping the whole family safe!

This homeowner reached out to us with concerns of a wet basement. When water infiltrates the basement, it can cause health and safety concerns for the homeowner, so we knew that as a company we wanted to assist them in every way we can. After inspection, it was found that this basement needed to be waterproofed. In this basement we installed, WaterGuard, CleanSpace and the TripleSafe sump pump. The family in this home had noticed that they had an unsettling crack in their basement wall, as you can see in the before photo. This caused genuine concern for the family, and we wanted to get this fixed for them immediately. We stepped in with our CarbonArmor solution. This works by preventing any further movement or cracking of the walls and stabilizes them. In the after photo you can see how they are installed to the walls, and this instilled peace of mind into the family.
