This home had multiple areas of concern that indicated floor settlement and also separation from the floor. In order to solve these issues, multiple SmartJacks were installed to permanently stabilize the floors. For this home, 8 SmartJacks were installed along with some supplemental beams. Over time the SmartJacks can be gradually raised to lift the floor back to the proper height without over lifting the floor. 

This homeowner gave us a call because they were tired of their sagging floors in their kitchen and around the island. She was already planning on redoing her floors, so she decided this was a great time to go ahead and fix the foundational issues as well. After receiving an inspection and estimate, she asked us to return to the house to do the work.  In order to fix the sagging, we installed 5 SmartJacks, along with steel shims and a sister joist. SmartJacks can be easily installed in a day, and they are installed without over lifting the foundation.

Moisture in this customers crawl space resulted in the floors above to sag. For a permanent solution to level and stabilize the floors, we installed SmartJack Support Posts with a steel supplemental beam. 

This homeowner has sagging floors due to poor support in the crawl space. To do this, our crew installed 6 SmartJacks in the crawl space. These jacks are easily adjustable so they can be installed quickly in crawl spaces. They sit on sturdy bases so they don't sink further into the ground like concrete blocks do. After finalizing the work, the homeowner was very happy with how supported their floors are!
