This homeowner reached out to us because he had soft spots in his floor in the hallway, bedroom, and living room. He was worried that it would get worse or that the floors could potentially fall in. The best solution was to install multiple SmartJacks in the crawl space. These will stabilize the floor without weakening over time like wooden supports do. Now this homeowner feels safer knowing that his home is protected.

After Waylon, our Resident Sales Pro, did an inspection of this crawl space he noticed some serious foundation support issues.
