There was a settlement issue in this customer's garage, causing the foundation to pull away from the house and create cracks on the exterior. We installed foundation helical piers for permanent stabilization. The helical piers were driven deep into the soil to solid rock, providing a stable base for the foundation. This ensured that the settlement issue was permanently resolved and the house was safe and secure.

This basement had bowing and cracking foundation walls that were slowly worsening overtime. In order to stabilize the walls, we used the CarbonArmor Wall Reinforcing System. This system uses carbon fiber straps that are bonded to the wall. The straps stabilize the wall because the tension is up to 10 times strong then than steel. Justin and his crew were able to install the system quickly and efficiently. Now the wall is stabilized from further foundation problems.

This home had some areas that were out of level and uneven. During his inspection Waylon saw some concerns, like a wall crack,  that demonstrated that the foundation needed lift and better support. In order to address these concerns, Isaiah and his crew removed all the debris from the crawl space and then installed SmartJacks. The SmartJack system uses corrosion-resistant steel that won't rust. Additionally, the posts are installed on sturdy bases that won't continue to settle over time. The SmartJacks can be slowly raised to carefully raise the foundation without over lifting. This crawl space and home are now protected and stabilized. 

Due to excessive moisture getting into this home's basement, the ceiling and upstairs floor was beginning to sag. To fix this issue, Atlanta Basement Systems installed a SmartJack support system along with a supplemental beam. The SmartJacks are adjustable steel piers that raise sagging floors back to their original height. They provide permanent support and can be adjusted over time if necessary. Additionally, a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier was installed to remove moisture from the air and prevent future issues. Now the floor is better supported and no longer sagging!

High moisture in the crawl space caused the beams and joists to rot, which caused the floor above to sag. SmartJack Support Posts were installed in the crawl space to permanently stabilize the floor and lift it to its original level. SmartJack Support Posts are adjustable steel posts that are designed to lift a sagging floor back to its original level. The posts are able to support the weight of the sagging floor and distribute it evenly over a larger area, which prevents any further sagging from occurring.
