This pool patio had a ton of cracks that the homeowner was looking to get fixed before summer started. It is important to fix these cracks because if they aren't fixed then water can seep in and erode the soil under the concrete. This can lead to the slab cracking more as it sinks in the soil. In order to fill the cracks, Justin used the NexusPro Crack Repair solution to get the patio looking good as new!

David from Epworth, Georgia reached out to us after seeing a different driveway repair we had done. His driveway had a couple of serious cracks and was also not completely level in a couple areas. Austin, one of our System Design Specialists, went out to David's house to see how we could fix it. Austin created a custom plan that included using PolyLevel Injection foam to raise the slabs to be level and then after that the cracks can be filled to prevent further issues with the concrete. Our crew that specializes in installing PolyLevel went out to the home, and quickly fixed up the concrete. Now David can enjoy his flat driveway!

This customer was having issues with unlevel places and cracks in his driveway. This is a result of the natural contraction of the expansion of the concrete as the temperatures and the seasons change. Voids in the concrete can lead to water seeping in and saturating the soil underneath, which causes the concrete to sink. It can also lead to complete wash-out of the soil, leaving nothing to stabilize the concrete. This customer decided to give us a call here at Atlanta Basement Systems, and we were able to help him out with the problems in his driveway. Caleb and the crew used PolyLevel and NexusPro crack repair to fix these issues. PolyLevel is a high-density and light weight foam made up of structural grade polymers, that is injected into the concrete. It expands and lifts the concrete to the desired height, and it is durable, leaving the concrete stable. The NexusPro crack repair is a silicone-based sealant, that prevents water infiltration, and will not deteriorate during the natural contraction and expansion of the concrete. This customer was left thoroughly pleased with his results.

In the before photo from East Ellijay, you’ll notice the unlevel and separated front brick steps, posing both aesthetic and safety concerns for the homeowner. Post-installation, the uneven surface was efficiently leveled.
