This customer reached out with concerns over their front porch stairs. The stairs were unlevel, and the bricks had detached from each other. This caused safety concerns while walking into the home, as well as safety concerns over the structural integrity of the concrete around the home. Caleb and his crew were able to repair the concrete, and provide peace of mind back into the customer about his home.

This customer called us here at Atlanta Basement Systems concerned with the structural integrity of his driveway. The concrete was cracking, and unlevel. He was concerned that this issue was going to worsen further and sinkholes would begin forming in the driveway. We knew that we wanted to help this customer out, so our renowned concrete repair crew got right to work in giving this customer his peace of mind back. They utilized PolyLevel, NexusPro crack repair, and the NexusPro joint sealant. With all of these combined, it was able to lift and level the concrete, and seal off all of the cracks and joints to prevent water infiltration. This customer was left happy, and now knew that they were going to be safe pulling into their driveway.

This customer was needing help with lifting and leveling the concrete on his walkway to his home. He gave us a call here at Atlanta Basement Systems and we were able to send someone out right away to get him a free estimate and quote to figure out what would need to be done to resolve his issues. Upon inspection, it was found that PolyLevel was going to fix these issues for this homeowner. PolyLevel is a foam made of structural grade polymers that expands and lifts the concrete to the desired level. It is installed through small holes that are drilled into the concrete, and it is water and wash out proof. Once the PolyLevel was installed the concrete began to level back out, and this customer was no longer left with tripping hazards as he walked into his home.

It is a silicone-based sealant and it ensures that the cracks are sealed off, and will not deteriorate during the natural expansion and contraction of the concrete. It is also water and wash-out proof, meaning that no water can enter and cause issues beneath the concrete that cannot be seen. This customer was pleased with the results, and we were glad to provide that to them.
