In the basement of this home, water was seeping through the cinderblock walls. We installed our interior water drainage system, to help collect any water and redirect it back outside of the home. We also installed our thermal dry wall paneling the help control the temperature where needed. 

A recent customer of our in Boise reached out to us because they had noticed a crack in their crawlspace wall, that was letting in water and causing a mildew odor. Our specialist Tim went out to the home and knew the best product for the crack was our NexusPro Sealant. NexusPro seals cracks in concrete slabs and walls to keep water out that can soften the soil underneath. 

A recent customer of ours reached out to us because their basement was leaking by their window in the basement. We got them on the schedule with our specialist Tim. Once Tim got out to the home and saw the crack, he knew our NexusPro crack sealant was going to the be best product. The CarbonArmor® Wall Reinforcing System relies on the exceptional strength of carbon fiber fabric – 10 times stronger than steel. Typically it is installed on the interior of crawlspaces to cover cracks and lightly address a settlement issue. In this case, there was no access to the crawlspace so our system specialist had our crew put it on the exterior footing. The horizonal crack was first sealed with Flexispan then covered with carbon armor to halt any further settlement.

The plumbing in this basement was replaced, but not before the previous leaky pipes had caused water damage to the cement wall. Besides the crumbling cement being unsightly, a large hole left by the previous pipe let water in whenever it rained. Our team used CarbonArmor straps and NexusPro sealant to both restore the structural integrity of the wall and to waterproof the basement.
