Is there water coming into your basement through some cracks? A recent homeowner was experiencing water going into her basement through a crack that connected to the window. She wasn't sure what she should do so she did some research. She came across our website and decided to see if this was something we could help her with.  Once she figured out we could help she gave us a call and we got her on the schedule to meet with our specialist Tim. Once Tim got to the home he met with the homeowner and they went over all of her concerns and answered any questions she might have. They then went inside to the basement to look at the water and the crack. Tim knew the best product of ours was going to be our FlexiSpan. 

A home inspection left our client worried that a crack in the foundation was serious. The specialist confirmed that the crack went all the way through the footing and recommended that it be repaired immediately. 

A client contacted us because they had problems with a significant amount of standing water in the crawlspace and stains on the vapor barrier at the front and rear of the house which indicated that there was an ongoing moisture intrusion problem. They had also noticed portions of the vapor barrier that are missing or have been displaced or pulled away from the footings. After meeting with our design technician and providing feedback on a plan tailor-made to address their foundational challenges, our team got work. They began by cleaning debris from under the crawlspace and next they installed a new vapor barrier. Following this, they installed a new SmartSump pump, IceGuard, and LawnScape. The Client's crawlspace is now moisture free and should remain that way for years to come.
