A crawl space is that part of the house that you never think about until you turn on the air conditioner and wonder why your house smells like a dumpster. That’s why Joshua H called Woods Basement Systems. System Design Specialist Jacob K was able to come up with a solution to the problem.

Foreman James L installed CleanSpace in Joshua’s crawl space. This will keep the space dry, and keep mold away so that there are no bad smells in the house. 

Support blocks were failing in a crawlspace in Pevely, MO, causing the overhead beams to shift and separate. To solve this issue, the SmartJack System was installed. This will stabilize the beams and floor joists in the crawlspace and lift the floor above it back toward its original elevation. Floor bounce caused by weakened joists or excessive spans will also be reduced. This crawlspace will remain stable and restore peace of mind for years to come!

Moisture was entering a crawlspace in Imperial, MO, creating a damp environment and a musty smell. To solve these issues, the CleanSpace Encapsulation System was installed. Festus, Missouri homeowner Harry K. was distraught when water made its way into his basement.  Previously, Harry had the Geo-Lock wall anchors installed to straighten his bowing walls. Though this can aide in keeping water out, waterproofing is the only way to ensure water stays out.
