As the homeowner started to finish their basement and working so closely with the basement walls, face to face so to speak, they noticed several cracks.  They wisely decided to seal the cracks so they would not have a leaky basement years later from the cracks.  Additionally, they decided to upgrade their sump pump to the TripleSafe with a battery back-up sump pump to help protect their investment in the finished basement.  The sump pump photos are included.

St. Peters, Missouri resident Caryn M. was troubled with water leaking into her basement. The water caused mold and created a musty odor. System design specialist Chris T. designed a solution.

TripleSafe was installed by Jaylon O. TripleSafe is a sump pump system equipped with a main pump, backup pump and battery-powered pump. TripleSafe will keep Caryn's basement dry.

Basement leak often occur if a garage is part of the basement.  Severe wind blown rain or flash flooding may leak water beneath the garage door.  Trench drain adds another level of protection for a basement waterproofing system to make sure that the basement will stay dry and stay dry all the time.

Sadon B and his crew installed WaterGuard to seal up and drain away water directly to the sump system. IceGuard was also added to prevent the lines from clogging up with ice when they freeze up in the winter. Rosalie can now relax knowing that the water will have a clear path to the sump system!

A basement was leaking at the wall and floor joint in Saint Charles, MO, so the WaterGuard System was installed. These drainage pipes intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and drain it toward the sump pump system. This system has a design that separates it from the soil under the floor so it will never clog. It will also drain any wall seepage without allowing dirt and debris from the floor to enter. This basement will remain clean and dry for years to come!
