A homeowner in Valley Park, MO wanted to replace a basement window well because debris and water were entering it and causing problems. As part of the waterproofing system, WaterGuard was installed under the concrete floors. WaterGuard is a drainage system that sits on top of the concrete footing around the perimeter of the basement and collects encroaching water from the foundation walls and floors of the basement and drains it away to the sump pump for removal.
