This album shows the importance of waterproofing a basement before finishing.

Water was leaking in a bathroom in Arnold, MO, so the WaterGuard perimeter Drainage System was installed. These drainage pipes intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and drain it toward the sump pump system. This system has a design that separates it from the soil under the floor so it will never clog. It will also drain any wall seepage without allowing dirt and debris from the floor to enter. This will prevent water vapor from permeating the basement walls and drain any leaks down to the WaterGuard System. These drainage pipes intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and drain it toward the sump pump system to then be pumped out of the house. Thanks to these systems, this basement will remain dry and clean for years to come!

The old basement window well was letting in water and debris. This was not positively contributing to the environment of the home. To fix this issue, Woods installed a SunHouse Basement Window Enclosure. This Enclosure provides an attractive, bright, and clean solution that prevents the growth of weeds and permeation of moisture into the basement. Because of this addition, this window will remain debris-free and the basement well-lit for years to come!

A concrete driveway in Arnold, Missouri, needed some repairs due to cracking and displacement. To address these issues, Woods installed the PolyLevel System. This system consists of a highly durable foam that is injected directly beneath the concrete. As the foam sets, it lifts the concrete up back to its original position.
