Team Woods investigated the basement and to protect the space, installed a new CleanSpace encapsulation system. CleanSpace is an inorganic vapor barrier system that is water resistant. Therefore, mold growth will not be an issue in this basement or water damage stains.

The TripleSafe sump pump system consists of three pumps: a main pump, a backup pump and a battery-powered pump. These three pumps provide triple assurance against water seapage.
