A sidewalk in Granite City, IL, was unleveled and dealing with large seams that needed to be sealed. This was causing distress to the homeowner, so they decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, PolyLevel™ was used to level the concrete. This system works by drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete and injecting a polyurethane foam underneath. The foam then expands to lift and level the concrete slabs. Next, NexusPro™ was used to seal the seams. This flexible sealant will withstand any harsh weather the homeowner may receive, as it is very durable. With these systems in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their concrete is renewed and in great shape! 

A crawlspace in Granite City, IL, was dirty and humid. This needed to be addressed, so the homeowner decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, CleanSpace™ was used. This highly durable liner will not only make the crawlspace look nicer, but also keep the humidity out. A basement in Granite City, IL, was leaking, unstable and needed to be addressed. This prompted the homeowner to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, GeoLock™ wall anchors were used to stabilize the space. After that, WaterGuard™ was installed to collect the water that entered the basement and direct it to the nearest sump pump. This system won't get clogged due to the horizontal design that sits on top of the soil. Next, a sump pump was installed to discharge the water out of the basement. Then, IceGuard™ was used to ensure the pipes do not freeze or get blocked by snow during the colder winter months. With these systems in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their basement will remain healthy, dry, and stable. 

We leveled a sinking driveway with PolyLevel® to restore a smooth, even surface. To finish, we applied NexusPro® joint sealant to protect the concrete from water intrusion and future damage.
