This system collects water and directs it to the sump pump nearby. Plastic pipes are laid directly underneath the floor and sit on top of the soil to prevent clogging from dirt or other debris. The last install was to address the stability issues of the home. The PowerBrace System consists of zinc-plated steel beams custom fit to the basement height. They are secured to the wall and floor and are anchored to the support beams that hold up the floor. This system can be tightened over time, allowing for adjustments to prevent wall failure. With these installs in place, this basement is sure to stay dry and stable for many years to come.
