Water was seeping into a basement in Springfield, IL. It was entering where the wall and floor meet, causing damage and concern. To solve this issue, the WaterGuard System was installed. This drainage system is installed adjacent to the home and provides a channel that connects to the sump pump.  Its design will drain any wall seepage without allowing dirt and debris from the floor to enter and clog the pipes. This basement will now stay dry all the time thanks to these systems!

A driveway was unleveled in Springfield, IL. This was causing distress to the homeowner, so they decided to give Woods a call. To fix the sinking and unleveled concrete slab issues, PolyLevel™ was used. By drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete slabs and injecting polyurethane foam underneath, the slabs were able to be lifted and leveled out as the foam expanded. The foam will become rock solid within hours, so the homeowners will able to drive on it later that same day. Now, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their driveway is in great shape! 

A sidewalk in Springfield, IL, was sinking and needed to be addressed before potential tripping hazards emerged. There were also large gaps in between the concrete slabs that needed to be taken care of. The homeowner decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, PolyLevel™ was used to level the sidewalk. By drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete and injecting a polyurethane foam underneath, the foam was able to expand to lift and level the concrete. Next, NexusPro™ was used to fill in the gaps in between the concrete slabs. This flexible sealant will withstand any harsh weather the homeowner may receive, as it is very durable. With these systems in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their concrete is in great shape! 

Springfield, Illinois homeowner Helen W. was disturbed with her wet crawl space and the problems it had caused. The EverLast access well was one part of the solution system design specialist Kevin E. designed to keep her basement dry. 

The EverLast Access Well provides easy access to the crawl space, while keeping water out and unwanted critters out. Because of the enclosed design, Helen will never have to worry about anyone falling into the well.

Springfield, Illinois resident Jessica D. was troubled by water leaking into her basement where the floor meets the wall. The water damaged her drywall and casued mold. System Design Specialist Greg B. designed a solution to keep her basement dry.

Foreman Dillon L. installed the perimeter drainage system WaterGuard, the TripleSafe sump pump system. and IceGuard. Pictured here is IceGuard. IceGuard provides an exit for water in the event that the discharge lines become frozen or clogged. With these three systems, Jessica will never have to worry about a wet basement.
