This homeowner was referred by his sister and was trying to stop the leaking basement for years but finally called us.  He was handy so he cut out his own drywall prior to us installing our WaterGuard and would be responsible for putting it back up. Once the WaterGuard was installed and a fresh new layer of cement was laid down, he was glad not worry about replacing the drywall ever again when it got wet.

James of Carlyle, Illinois wanted to have preventative work done in his basement, so he reached out to Woods Basement Systems. He met with Chris T. who customized a preventative plan for his basement. Chris recommended CleanSpace and WaterGuard to add to the home to make sure his home would keep water damage free.

A basement in Carlyle, Illinois had some leaking water issues. To resolve this issue, Woods installed a French drain called the WaterGuard System. This system is a series of pipes that run directly below the floor and sit on top of the soil. This placement design ensures that dirt or other debris can't clog the system. The pipes then direct excess water to the nearby sump pump. Thanks to this install, this basement will remain dry for decades to come.

A pool deck in Carlyle, IL, was sinking and unleveled. The homeowner decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, PolyLevel™ was used. This system works by drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete and injecting a polyurethane foam underneath. The foam then expands, lifting the concrete slabs up to level them out. This foam hardens to become rock solid within hours. Now that the concrete is leveled, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their pool deck is in great shape! 

A driveway in Carlyle, IL, was unleveled and littered with large cracks. This was causing distress to the homeowner, so they decided to give Woods a call to address this issue. To begin solving these issues, PolyLevel™ was used to level the driveway. This system works by drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete and injecting a polyurethane foam underneath. The foam then expands to lift and level the concrete slabs. Next, NexusPro™ was used to repair the cracks, as well as seal the seams. This flexible sealant will withstand any harsh weather the homeowner may receive, as it is very durable. With these systems in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their driveway is repaired and in great shape!
