A basement in Carbondale, IL was leaking and causing distress to the homeowner. To solve this issue, Woods installed a CleanSpace™ liner. This highly durable liner will keep the humidity and other outside elements out of the basement. Then, WaterGuard™ was installed to collect the water that entered the basement. This system sits on top of the soil to prevent clogging. Finally, a sump pump was used to discharge the water away from the house. With these systems in place, the homeowner can rest assured that their basement will remain dry. 

This dirty, moldy crawlspace was fitted with a CleanSpace liner and a SaniDry Dehumidifier. Two of these components of the CrawlSpace Encapsulation System work together to help with moisture production and control mold growth.

Water was coming down a basement wall in Irvington, IL, causing damage. To solve this issue, the BrightWall Paneling System was first installed. This bright, clean, and durable wall system will prevent water vapor from permeating the basement walls and drain any wall leaks to the WaterGuard System, which was also installed to catch this water and drain it toward the sump pump to be pumped out of the house. Thanks to these systems, this basement will now stay dry all the time!
