A foundation was cracking in Marthasville, MO, causing cracks to form. To solve this issue, GeoLock Wall Anchors were installed. These are galvanized steel earth anchors embedded into the soil out and away from the foundation wall. Once installed, these will hold the walls in their current position and can be tightened to allow for improvement and straightening of the wall over time. These can be installed around obstacles on the wall such as pipes, sinks, or furniture. This is the best solution to straighten the wall over time, as it can fix severe problems and stabilize the foundation for good!

This Bowling Green, Missouri home was showing two common symptoms of a basement problem: water on the basement floor and damage to an interior finished wall that was causing a door to stick. The water was coming in through the foundation wall cracks and along the basement floor wall seam.  A bowing wall had pushed the interior wall enough to cause the door jam to shift and the door would not shut properly.  We installed our WaterGuard® basement waterproofing system along with Geo-Lock™ wall anchors to fix the damaged foundation wall and prevent future water intrusion.

A foundation was settling in Bowling Green, MO, causing it to crack and crumble. To solve this issue, the Push Pier System was installed. These will permanently stabilize the foundation, and in many cases, lift it back toward its original position. These can also close cracks and improve the operation of windows and doors. This is the least risky solution when the soil conditions are unknown. There is minimal disturbance from installation; installing them is a quick process and will solve the problem once and for all!

Foreman Jose L installed a Geo-Lock Wall Anchor, shown above, in Tyler’s Basement. The Wall Anchor has one end that attaches to a stable portion of soil away from the house, and the other end will attach to the basement walls and straighten them over time.
