This St. Charles, Missouri homeowner took advantage of getting our WaterGuard® basement waterproofing system installed at the same time as piers to help repair their settling foundation.  The larger openings in the basement floor is where the piers are located.  We number each pier for location purposes. Once the WaterGuard® and piers are installed, we re-concrete the floor area that we removed.

The diagonal wall crack running across where the water line entered the St. Charles, Missouri house was causing a leaking and foundation concern for the homeowner.  We installed our vertical basement wall covering, BrightWall®, and wall anchors to solve both problems.

Our system design specialist evaluated the uneven concrete and determined that our PolyLevel system would level their driveway. After installation, the customers can now use their garage without the worry that it will damage their vehicles. This unstable basement wall needed to be straightened and aligned due to settlement. To solve this issue, Team Woods installed PowerBrace beams onto the wall to permanently lock the wall back into a safe position. 

Support posts were failing in a basement in Saint Charles, MO, so the Post Pier System was installed. This will stabilize the beams and floor joists in the basement and lift the floor above it back toward its original elevation. Floor bounce caused by weakened joists or excessive spans will also be reduced. This basement will remain stable and restore peace of mind for years to come!
