The SmartDrain installs perfectly with the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, to create an air tight seal. It collects any water that gets into the encapsulated crawlspace from a plumbing issue and drains it down to a bed of gravel that leads to a dry well that will allow the water to seep into the soil below the crawlspace. It is equipped with a WaterWatch Alarm that will alert the homeowner when water is being collected in the drain so the homeowner knows there's an issue before it turns into a much bigger problem.
