After a few years in our new home we started having some small leaks in the basement. First it was a little water in one spot but later it was more in more spots. Chris pointed out one area we were having problems in the same corner the sump pump was in. The outside pipe dumped water right in the corner next to the house. I never thought anything of that until Chris pointed it out. Chris was very thorough and patient with his explanations and my questions.
