Testimonials for Woods Basement Systems

Even after our basement has been dry for years we get your service guys our from time to time. When Dave came out we took him up on his suggestion of moving the sump pump discharge line around to the front of the house. Sure I could have some college kids do it but since everything you did was been working why chance it. Then when it snowed and they still showed up to to the work instead of calling off that clinched it for me. I made the right coice.

My experience with my tech was great, Larry is excellent, you have a fine man in him. I don't know anyone at this time in need of your service, howver based on my interaction with Larry Gannon I would not hesitate to recommend Woods. Larry is outstanding!

The service technician was top-notch, courteous, professional, and I was 100% satisfied with them. The clean-up could have been a little better, but they did wear shoe covers, which I really appreciated. It didn't take me long to clean up to "my standards".

We just finished with a waterproofing of our basement and the Woods Basement guys were just great (John, Jesse, and Chase) to work with. They left the area very clean. I would highly recommend Woods Basement.

The workers were great and fast, but we thought we were getting a vapor seal that was discussed with the sales rep. It was not on the contract, but it was what we asked for.
