This flooded crawlspace was in need of waterproofing and a vapor barrier upon our initial inspection.  We found inches of water throughout the entire crawlspace, so we placed drain tile around the perimeter.  We also installed jacks, and encapsulated the walls and dirt floor. 

This St. Joseph, Michigan crawlspace was so full of old building materials, it could not be used for extra storage.  We transformed this space by removing all of the debris in the crawlspace and we encapsulated it with CleanSpace.  It is a stunning transformation that only took one day!

Sealing off this crawlspace will prevent vapors from rising and can aide in the prevention of mold growth.  There is a 25-year warranty on crawl space encapsulation systems.

This new homeowner wanted to start his home off on the right foot.  He had a Cleanspace System installed and it looks brand new!!
