This Bourbon, Indiana crawlspace would get puddles of water when heavy rains would hit.  We installed a perimeter of Drain Tile, A SuperSump Pump, an Underground Downspout discharge line, and CleanSpace Encapsulation.  

This Mishawaka, Indiana CleanSpace Encapsulation project was quite the transformation!  Our crew put SilverGlo along the walls of this crawlspace and lined the floor with a 20 ml vapor barrier, CleanSpace.  Not only does it transform this space entirely, the customer gets a product that we warranty for 25 years!

This Mishawaka crawlspace was experiencing musty, earthy smells.  We encapsulated the crawlspace with CleanSpace Encapsulation, and installed an AprilAire Dehumidifier to control the humidity levels throughout the crawl.   

The mouth of this crawlspace opened up right into this basement.  It would add extra moisture and humidity into the homeowner's living space, and they desired to have a cleaner looking space.  We added a CleanSpace Encapsulation. 

We encapsulated this Granger, Indiana crawlspace with CleanSpace, and added Drain Tile to direct seepage into a SuperSump pump.
