One of our customers from Bloomington, IL was having a foul odor coming from their crawl space, which was also very damp.  We used the crawl space encapsulation system to solve this problem. This system will not only be healthier for your family but it also lower your heating and cooling cost in the home.

Sandra was having issues with water entering her crawlspace, causing the rest of her basement to become damp. She contacted MidAmerica Basement Systems to have her crawlspace encapsulated and install a waterproofing system. Adao offered CleanSpace and a SmartSump to seal off the exposed ground and keep moisture out of the crawlspace. CleanSpace uses a thick liner that will not tear or rip, or mold. Sealing off the moisture from the rest of the home, helps keep humidity levels down, and installing a SmartSump insures the crawlspace will not become wet.

Hugo of Mendota, IL contacted MidAmerica Basement Systems because water appeared to be coming in everywhere in his basement. He met with design specialist Dan Garner, who custom designed a solution for Hugo and his needs. The basement is finally dry, and Hugo is very happy.
