During heavy rainfalls, Tony would have issues with water seeping in through the floor and wall joints of his basement. He contacted MidAmerica Basement Systems to have his issue addressed and resolved properly. When Mac evaluated his basement, he offered him a waterproofing system of WaterGuard, CleanSpace Liner, and a TripleSafe. WaterGuard and CleanSpace were installed around the perimeter of the basement to help collect and redirect the water. Once water collected in the TripleSafe, it was properly discharged from the basement to leave the area dry.

CleanSpace was applied to the walls to create a moisture barrier for the basement, and to help direct the seeping water to the WaterGuard system. WaterGuard collects water and redirects the water to the TripleSafe sump where it is properly discharged from the basement. Kristine now has a clean, bright basement that no longer leaks when it rains.

Steve was looking to have his sump pump replaced. It has been 22 years since it has been installed, and was noticing water slowly seeping in through the floors. He reached out to MidAmerica Basement Systems for a new sump. When design specialist, Mac, arrived to inspect his situation, he offered Steve a TripleSafe sump pump. The TripleSafe sump offers three different pumps; a primary, secondary, and a battery backup. To help increase the effectiveness of the sump pump, WaterGuard was also installed. WaterGuard is a drainage system that collects seeping water and redirects it to the TripleSafe. Steve has a new system in his basement that will no longer worry him knowing it will not fail.
