Before we arrived, this Orion, Illinois, home struggled with a damp crawl space that sent musty odors and humidity into the living areas. Our System Design Specialist, Paul Flip, performed a detailed inspection and identified the source of the moisture. He designed a custom solution using our CleanSpace encapsulation system, SmartDrain, Large Vent Covers and the high-efficiency SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.

On installation day, our Foreman, Dylan Johnson, and his crew executed the plan with precision. As you can see in the "after" photo, the crawl space is now a bright, dry and healthy environment that significantly reduces energy bills while protecting the home's structural integrity. This homeowner needed more storage space for holiday decorations. Their crawl space was perfect except for the humid and wet environment that was down there! Our Crawl Space Repair crew came in and cleaned out the space and completely encapsulated it with CleanSpace making it a usable storage area.
