This wall was restored and ready to be finished after installing Basement to Beautiful Panels.

Bill and Linda O. of Galva, IL called MidAmerica Basement Systems because they were experiencing a lot of water, mold, and even mushrooms growing in their basement. They needed to get something done, so the met with a system design specialist. They received a proposal to encapsulate their crawlspace, and waterproof their basement. Along with the WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system, a SuperSump Sump Pump is installed to pump the water out of the basement and away from the home. 

Here, ZenWall and WaterGuard are working together to keep water out of the basement, and efficiency running at an all time high for these Atkinson homeowners. They sleep easy now, knowing water will be staying out and energy savings will be going up.

Matt was having issues with his basement always becoming wet when it rained. Some areas would pool if it rained hard enough. He reached out to MidAmerica Basement Systems to have his problem resolved. It was offered that he have WaterGuard and a TripleSafe sump installed. The WaterGuard would be able to collect any water that would seep in through the foundation walls and under the home’s foundation. After the WaterGuard collects the seeping water, it can then be directed to the TripleSafe sump where it will be disposed out of the basement.

Wayne and Judy recently had a fire in their home damaging much of their basement. Their previous waterproofing system was affected, destroying the CleanSpace and partial WaterGuard systems. After restoration, they reached out to MidAmerica Basement Systems once again to have they waterproofing system repaired. New CleanSpace was applied to the walls to reduce moisture levels and the damaged WaterGuard was replaced with new, ensuring that basement will stay once again.
