This Elmwood crawlspace needed the assistance of the local experts at MidAmerica Basement Systems. Prior to the installation of CleanSpace liner and CleanSpace drainage matting, the crawlspace was dingy and suffered water intrusion. Following the encapsulation, the crawlspace is now dry, and clean!

John and Dorothy were noticing high levels of moisture in their home and decided to purchase a dehumidifier from the hardware store. CleanSpace was offered to totally encapsulate and permanently seal off the moisture. CleanSpace Drainage Matting was placed along the exposed ground to collect and move the moisture the a SmartDrain. CleanSpace Liner was installed over top the matting and along the walls to permanently seal off the crawlspace from the exposed ground. Any water that entered under the crawlspace was pumped back out through the SmartDrain, keeping the crawlspace dry. John and Dorothy no longer have issues with moisture levels in their home.
