During heavy rains, Scott’s waterproof system worked properly, but it would cause large puddling outside his home. He reached out to MidAmerica Basement Systems to have a longer discharge line installed to prevent the puddling around his home. A 30-foot discharge line was installed to ensure that the water was properly diverted down the hill and away from this home. Service technician Adao precisely and effectively installed the discharge line to make it look like it was always there. Scott no longer worries of puddling water around the outside of his home.

The old sump pump pictured is unreliable, susceptible to problems sure to give the homeowner a run for their money. Instead of battling with the old sump pump, the homeowners called MidAmerica Basement Systems and had the SuperSump installed in it's stead.
