This homeowner in East Peoria was fed up with water leaking through their ground level windows. They had tried other solutions, but the material was weak and unreliable. The owners decided they needed an efficient and durable solution that was also aesthetically pleasing.

They called up the team at MidAmerica Basement Systems and set up an appointment for Mark Kurtz, a MidAmerica Basement Systems expert, to come out and inspect their home. The homeowners were excited about the project and with Robert Stoutenberg leading the team, they installed the SunHouse waterproofing system in place of the unsightly window covering from before. Now the home owners have leak free window dressings that are sturdy AND that allow an abundance of natural light into their basement.

Homeowner William contacted MidAmerica Basement Systems to learn more about the waterproofing options for their home. They were experiencing water from the walls and floors during heavy rain. They met with Design Specialists Michael Banks who created a custom waterproofing system for their home. The waterproofing system included a full perimeter WaterGuard system and a TripleSafe sump pump. The WaterGuard is a channeling system that moves the water runoff into the sump pump. The TripleSafe sump pump is a top of the line three pump system that is guaranteed to keep your home dry. 

Homeowner William recently contacted MidAmerica Basement Systems to learn more about his waterproofing options for his home.  He was experiencing water coming through the walls and floors and was concerned about mold and the integrity of his home. He had a full perimeter waterproofing system installed into his home. The WaterGuard system installed around all of the exterior walls. The WaterGuard acts like a channeling system that moves water to the sump pump where the water is pumped out.  

Steve was having issues with leaking basement walls. He reached out to MidAmerica Basement Systems to have a sump pump installed. When discussing his options with design specialist, Mike Banks, it was offered more than just a sump pump. Mike suggested having CleanSpace Liner installed on the wall to help reduce the moisture in the area and to help redirect seeping water to a WaterGuard system. WaterGuard helps collect the seeping water and direct it to a TripleSafe sump. Leaking foundation walls are now no longer an issue for Steve.

Mark and Lenora G., La Moille, IL homeowners, were suffering from frequent water intrusion at the base of their basement walls.
