Homeowner William contacted MidAmerica Basement Systems to learn more about the waterproofing options for their home. They were experiencing water from the walls and floors during heavy rain. They met with Design Specialists Michael Banks who created a custom waterproofing system for their home. The waterproofing system included a full perimeter WaterGuard system and a TripleSafe sump pump. The WaterGuard is a channeling system that moves the water runoff into the sump pump. He had a full perimeter waterproofing system installed into his home. The WaterGuard system installed around all of the exterior walls. Steve was having issues with leaking basement walls. He reached out to MidAmerica Basement Systems to have a sump pump installed. When discussing his options with design specialist, Mike Banks, it was offered more than just a sump pump. Mike suggested having CleanSpace Liner installed on the wall to help reduce the moisture in the area and to help redirect seeping water to a WaterGuard system. WaterGuard helps collect the seeping water and direct it to a TripleSafe sump. Leaking foundation walls are now no longer an issue for Steve.
