Wall Anchors are a great solution to bowing foundation walls.  Depending on the severity of the bulging, the wall might not be restored completely straight, but a series of wall anchors can stabilize the wall and over time restore it to full structural integrity.

Unstable walls were proving to be a problem for this homeowner. We sent out System Design Specialist Shawn to create the perfect solution and David agreed! Foundation problems are a huge headache, but Ian's crew solves them with ease! Ian, David and Chris repaired the crack with MidAmerica's helical pier bracket system to permanently stabilize the homs. David is thrilled with the results. 

Cedar Falls homeowners, Rebecca and James K., decided to get their property waterproofed, and the walls stabilized, to protect the integrity of the home, and keep the home's inhabitants safe from the dangers of mold and bowing walls. To stabilize the walls, they had CarbonArmor strips installed. CarbonArmor is thin, but 10x stronger than steel.

CarbonArmor is a carbon-fiber based product that is flexible, and 10x stronger than steel. Rebecca and James had CarbonArmor installed to stabilize their bowing walls, which are now sturdy, allowing the two to rest easy.
