One of our customers from Bloomington, IL was having a foul odor coming from their crawl space, which was also very damp.  We used the crawl space encapsulation system to solve this problem. This system will not only be healthier for your family but it also lower your heating and cooling cost in the home. 

In the before photo, this Chana, IL, crawl space was suffering from excessive dampness, which drove up humidity levels throughout the entire home. Seeking a permanent solution to seal out moisture, the homeowners turned to MidAmerica Basement Systems. He met with design specialist Dan Garner, who custom designed a solution for Hugo and his needs. Foreman Bill Wilcox and his team installed the waterproofing solution which included a full perimeter of WaterGuard, a TripleSafe Sump Pump, and CleanSpace Wall Liner. The basement is finally dry, and Hugo is very happy.
