Long time customer Lester recently had MidAmerican Basement Systems back in his home earlier this week to take a look at the basement in his home. The stone walls were leaking water and he feared that mold could be an issue for his home. He had a full perimeter WaterGuard system, a TripleSafe sump pump and CleanSpace installed.

An old block foundation basement was dreary and hard to look at; with the new BrightWall installed the basement looks brand new.

A new patented WaterGuard system was installed with CleanSpace walls by foreman Justin Reger and his team, making the basement a beautiful new project, and one the homeowners can feel good!

In Van Horne, IA, a homeowner's nights were disrupted by a faulty sump system. As shown in the before photo, their peace of mind took a hit with every rainfall, risking basement flooding worries. The problem was unreliable sump performance, reinforced by multiple failures, but that won't be a problem with TripleSafe's advanced three pump system. Eric and Lori had a TripleSafe sump installed awhile back by MidAmerica Basement Systems, and during their annual service appointment, it was addressed that water was starting to seep in through the foundation walls. As a result, WaterGuard (drainage tile system) was installed around the perimeter of the basement. The WaterGuard has a small gap at the top of the product that allows water to run down the wall and into the drain tile. Water that enters the drainage system is than directed to the sump pump where it is properly discharged from the home.
